Cashew-based cheese:

Bleu Cheese: this cashew based blue cheese has a sharp, tangy flavor with pungent aroma the longer it is aged. The young cheese is soft and spreadable but after sufficient aging, it becomes hard and crumbly like its dairy equivalent.

Xtra Sharp Chedyr Cheese: this cashew based cheddar is a sophisticated yellow cheese. Soft and spreadable when young but gets harder and crumbly as it ages. It has a sharp, tangy flavor that continues to intensify over time.

Moxyrella: this cashew-based cheese is smooth and creamy like a burata-style mozzarella. It is best served fresh in a caprese salad but can also be melted on pizza, sandwiches and veggie burgers.

Soy-based Cheese:

Sriracha Havarti: creamy, semi-soft cheese ideal for slicing on crackers or adding to sandwiches. Superb for melting too. Has a slightly hot, spicy flavor with a buttery finish.

Smoked Gouda: semi-soft cheese great for slicing on crackers and sandwiches. Enjoy cold or melted on grilled sandwiches. Has a smoky smooth flavor.
